Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your design space with us. The balance will be due upon project completion.

The timeline for each project depends on the deliverables, but it can range from 1-2 weeks. I will send you an estimated timeline at the beginning of each project.

Sheri & Co uses licensed software. I work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as After Effects & Media Encoder within the Adobe Creative Suite.

If I am creating a brand identity for you, you will receive the following logo files: JPEGs, PNGs, SVGs, and PDFs.

If I am working on projects for print, you will receive the approved, high-resolution print-ready PDF file.
